Jessica Dobbins grew up in Columbia, S.C. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Charleston Southern University and a Master’s degree from the University of La Verne. A military spouse for more than 11 years, she has achieved multiple awards for volunteerism and support in the military community.
She and her husband began investing in real estate along the Emerald Coast in 2011, which also prompted her interest in a full-time real estate career. She enjoys helping others achieve their real estate goals, whether buying, selling or investing and truly values the relationships that are built during the sales process. Her focus is on not only the educational aspect of the transaction, but also the excitement that comes from creating a positive experience for each and every client.
With previous real estate experience in both Virginia and North Carolina, Jessica approaches her markets – from Destin to Inlet Beach and all along 30A – with her personal philosophy of “no regrets.” She believes that anything is possible and that the fairytale can easily become reality. Her approach with clients is what she believes sets her apart – honing in on their personal goals and visions.
