One Beach Real Estate was founded in 2025 by Cheryl St. Pe’, Scott McCormick and Mike Cahalan with the intent of providing exceptional real estate brokerage services throughout the panhandle of the Florida.

In these trying times, it is imperative to staff quality, seasoned real estate agents who know the market and can facilitate the buying process in a way that makes the complete transaction seamless for everyone concerned.

The company operates on a virtual platform thus allowing our agents the freedom to work from home or the place of their choosing. Quarterly meetings are held in agreed upon locations that are convenient for all agents to attend. Information regarding the industry and best practices are sent out via email to keep our agents informed in the marketplace. Social events are also planned throughout the year to allow our team the opportunity to come together and enjoy each other’s successes.
